We believe that technology should empower, not exclude. Yet, digital tools still feel out of reach for many people. That's why we launched Heartware. Our corporate social responsibility initiative, aimed at bringing technology within reach of those who are often left behind in the digital age.
Project Heartware's mission is to bring technology within reach of people who feel left behind by the digital world. Heartware's vision is to build a world where everyone has the opportunity to receive training in digital tools for the workplace.
What are we doing
Through Heartware, we offer free workshops and online learning materials on digital tools and artificial intelligence for groups such as older adults, those outside the workforce, and individuals with limited financial resources. By sharing practical skills, from everyday digital basics to understanding AI's potential, we aim to open new doors to confidence, participation, and independence.
How does it work
Non-profit organizations can apply to participate in the Heartware project. Selected organizations will receive Nexpert's expertise and training services free of charge. This will ensure that people who need digital support the most can receive it directly through trusted community partners.
Why does it matter
Technology continues to change the way we live, work, and connect with each other. However, real progress only happens if everyone has the opportunity to participate. Heartware is our way of promoting a more inclusive future where digital equality is not a privilege, but a right.
