2. Data to be considered and their sources
We process the name, contact information, organization, and job title as necessary, as well as information related to inquiries, customer accounts, appointment reservations, event registrations, marketing, and website usage.
The information is obtained from the individual themselves, their organization, partners, and professional and other public sources.
3. Purpose of the processing and legal basis
The data is processed for the purpose of handling inquiries, customer relationships, contracts, services, appointments and events, as well as for B2B communication and marketing.
The processing is based on the situation, depending on the contract or the preceding actions; Nexpert’s legitimate interest in managing and developing customer and cooperation relationships, consent, or a legal obligation.
The information marked as mandatory is necessary for the purpose of the respective contact, registration, or the execution of the service. Without it, the request may not be processed.
4. Recipients and transfers of data
Information is processed by Nexpert and the service providers it uses, such as website, CRM, communication, appointment booking, event and cloud services providers.
Data may be processed outside the EU or EEA. In this case, the transfer is based on a transfer basis under EU data protection regulations, such as a decision on the adequacy of data protection or EU standard contractual clauses. For more information about safeguards, please see tanja@nexpert.fi.
5. Storage period
Data is stored only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or to fulfill a legal obligation. Marketing data is processed until the person objects to the marketing, withdraws their consent, or there is no longer a basis for storing the data.
6. Registered rights
Under applicable law, the data subject has the right to access their data, request its rectification or deletion, restrict or object to processing, transfer data from one system to another, and withdraw the consent given.
Direct marketing can be resisted at any time.

7. Automated decision-making
Personal data shall not be used solely for automated decision-making that would have legal or similar significant effects on the person concerned.
8. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and analytics or marketing based on them are used in accordance with the user's consent.
