Hi, I'm Tanja - founder of Nexpert. I work where business, people and practical implementation meet. I am helping organisations adopt digital tools and AI in a way that genuinely improves everyday work.

My background combines a YAMK degree with a focus on business technologies and a wide range of practical experience in construction, infrastructure, software development, HoReCa and tourism. In different roles and industries, the same observation was repeated: workflow and profitability improve when daily routines are simplified, waste is eliminated and the right steps are automated. But change is not about systems or instructions, it's about people. That's why development needs to be done together with employees and experts - those who know the work practices and are part of the process themselves.
