Deployment Management

The introduction of new technologies is not a one-off project, but a managed change in everyday work. That's why progress is made in stages and on working conditions - so that what we do now continues and new solutions find a natural place as part of our daily work.

My role in deployment is always adapted to the needs of the project. I can be responsible for the overall project execution, schedules and budget, and make progress visible through clear visualisations. On other projects, I support the teams: participating in sprint meetings, bringing a substantive and practical perspective to the technical experts and ensuring that the solutions serve the right work.

If necessary, I am also involved before going into production to test, spar and ensure that the solutions are sufficiently mature for use.

The role, scope and intensity of involvement will always be agreed according to the size of the project, the objectives and the budget available.

Technology sourcing

Solution mapping is based on continuous monitoring of the market and technologies - not on one-off purchases or random comparisons. My job is to be constantly on the cutting edge: attending international tech and startup events, visiting tech hubs and actively following key industry communities, funders, publications, research, newsletters and discussions.

I am in close contact with the start-up scene and financiers, which helps me to understand not only new solutions but also their viability, growth potential and maturity. This helps to distinguish promising experiments from solutions that have a realistic chance of becoming a viable part of everyday work and business.

The assessment is based on the suitability, maturity and business relevance of solutions - not on individual trends or market rhetoric. Direct contact with operators and environments helps to build an up-to-date and realistic picture of the market: what is really available, where the trends are going and which solutions make sense for the specific use case, timeframe and budget.

AI workshops

The AI workshops provide a clear and practical view of the use of AI in business. The aim is to understand how large language models and generative AI relate to everyday tasks, without the technical complexity.

The workshops are built around real-life examples, discussion and experimentation. They help teams to overcome uncertainty and build a shared, realistic understanding of how to use AI.

In practice, the workshop will be run in stages. In the first, facilitated workshop, participants identify the pain points in their everyday work: where work is stuck, where they need help, which tasks could be easily automated or how to reduce lead times. At the same time, they collect ideas for the first areas for improvement.

The data collected will be analysed and the second workshop will move on to the practical side. This is a concrete exercise in using the right prompts and applying the findings directly to the participants' own work. If desired, the instructions and examples can also be videoed on the client's own intranet environment or on a closed YouTube channel, so that the lessons learned can be put into practice in everyday life.

Knowledge Management Setup

Data-driven management focuses on how information and data support day-to-day work and decision-making. Clear and visual solutions help to see the big picture, improve communication and make reporting understandable even in busy everyday life.

Knowledge management solutions are always defined by project, user and business needs. In some situations the best solution may be a simple Excel spreadsheet with attached charts, in others a dashboard built on Power BI or Tableau. In some projects, a physical Big Room space and a Kanban board on the wall will support a shared snapshot better than digital tools.

The starting point is not to replace existing solutions, but to use them more efficiently. Often, even a small change in the way information is presented - with the right metrics, clear visualisation and common interpretation - is enough to give a clearer understanding of the whole picture and enable more confident decisions to be made.
