Project Heartware is Nexpert's corporate social responsibility project and a concrete example of how human-centred AI and digital transformation is designed and implemented in practice.
While technology, automation and artificial intelligence are developing rapidly, their actual adoption is often hampered by human factors. Not because people are resistant to change, but because solutions are deployed without sufficient understanding of the context, barriers to learning and everyday working practices. The Heartware project has been created to address this challenge.
Project Heartware
Through the project, Nexpert will design and implement practical AI and digital literacy workshops for organisations and their target groups. The workshops will be based on the same structures, methods and facilitation models as Nexpert's commercial AI workshops, but will be delivered pro bono to groups that are often underrepresented in digital transformation.
Kehitämme ja testaamme työpajamalleja aidoissa käyttöympäristöissä yhdessä osallistujien kanssa. Työmme perustuu yhteiskehittämiseen (co-creation), jossa eri ryhmät osallistuvat aktiivisesti tekoälyn, automaation ja digitaalisten työkalujen käytännölliseen soveltamiseen.
Tavoitteena ei ole pelkkä teknologian käyttöönotto, vaan digitaalisen osaamisen vahvistaminen tavalla, joka lisää varmuutta, selkeyttä ja yhdenvertaista osallistumista. Erityistä huomiota kiinnitämme siihen, ettei kukaan jää kehityksen ulkopuolelle.
Näemme teknologian työn, oppimisen ja päätöksenteon välineenä – ei itseisarvona. Siksi rakennamme monistettavia ja vastuullisia toimintamalleja, jotka tukevat organisaatioita ja yhteisöjä kestävällä tavalla myös tulevaisuudessa.
Work Cases
Heartware reflects Nexpert's view that responsible and effective digitalisation requires more than technical expertise. It requires the ability to translate new technology into solutions that are understandable, usable and value-added for different audiences. The lessons learned through Heartware directly guide Nexpert's commercial projects in different organisations and industries.
