At Nexpert, we were pleased to participate in the opening event of the Lahti Venture Program 2025 on October 2nd. The day began with introductions between students, mentors, and business partners. Together with SansOx, we presented our challenges to the teams \u2013 real business cases that will guide their work throughout the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Nexpert, this comes naturally. Our mission is to simplify complex processes and help organizations work smarter, whether it's through lean thinking, digital tools, or better collaboration structures. Sharing our challenges with students is not just about solving problems. It's also about giving them the opportunity to experience how structured problem-solving and clear processes create real impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we shifted our focus to group work. Students completed the Belbin Team Roles questionnaire, which helps identify an individual's strengths and how they complement each other. This exercise reflects one of Nexpert's core beliefs: diverse skills and perspectives are the foundation of successful collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also went through the program schedule using a Miro board, agreed on upcoming phases, and set expectations for the coming weeks. By the end of the day, the energy was palpable. The student teams are committed, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are excited about what these groups will achieve, and equally excited to guide them along the way. For us, this program is more than just mentorship. It's an opportunity to co-create solutions, demonstrate the value of simplifying complexity, and inspire the next generation of problem-solvers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information about the Lahti Venture Program: LVP is a two-month program where multidisciplinary student teams develop solutions to real company challenges.
